Your data such as name, address, booked yachts and related charter inquiries, emails, faxes, payment receipts, sailing licenses, crew lists and ID documents will be saved until further notice. The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary to fulfill the contract) of the GDPR.
In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years), even if it is revoked.
We have taken a maximum of measures to secure customer data, such as EV SSL encryption of all email and website communication, AES encryption of the data and the use of state-of-the-art hardware firewall and virus protection solutions.
However, we would like to point out that internet-based data transmission can have security gaps and complete protection against access by third parties is therefore impossible.
